FINE IMPACT MILL
원리 (Principle)
Pin Mill 중에서도 모터 직결을 채택한 것으로 에너지 손실이 대폭 감소하고 분쇄효율이 향상되었다. 본체 상부에 설치된 투입구로 투입된 원료는 도어측 핀 디스크의 중앙에서 본체 측 핀디스크의 중심부로 공급된다. 원료는 고속으로 회전하는 도어측과 본체 측 핀 디스크에 의해 발생되는 공기의 흐름과 함께 분산되어, 본체 측 핀 디스트의 핀 디스크의 핀에 의해 분쇄된다. 처리원료의 성질에 따라 2개의 핀디스크를 동방향 또는 역방향으로 RPM8,000~12,000으로 회전시킴으로써 초미분쇄가 가능하다.
특징 (Features)
- -스카린을 사용치 않는 분쇄방식이므로 내부체류가 거의 없다.
- -모터작렬로 회전하는 2개 디스크의 상대회전으로 양 디스크 합산주속에 따른 강력한 충격력을 얻음으로써 미분쇄가 가능하다.
- -모든 핀과 디스크가 회전하기 때문에 원심력이 작용하여 부착성이나 응집성이 있는 원료도 달라붙지 않고 미분쇄가 가능하다.
- -분쇄실의 공간을 넓게 취하고 있어 점착성 원료 등의 분쇄가 가능하다.
- -분쇄로 인한 방열을 작게 할 수가 있다.(상온 20~30도)
- -본쇄품의 입도분포가 좁고 분쇄입도 선택이 용이하다.
Advantage of Fine Impact Mill
The pin mil uses the principle of screenless rotary impact crushing. The two pin plates rotate in opppsie directions at a high circumferential speed. The product being ground impacts on the pins and is broken into small partides. Depending on the product, the size can be as small ad ㎛
Universal application. Fine crushing of a very wide range of products from the food processing, minerals, plastics, elastomers, ppaints and dyes, chemicals and pharmceuticals sectors.
Screenless rotary impact crushing. Permits a higher throughput rate then mills with screens, deaning is simpler when the product is changed. Very well suited for cold crushing with liquid nitrogen for tough elastic materials
For cold grinding with liquid nitrogen we supply the plant with a cooling screw conveyor and modified air ducts.

Advantage of Fine Impact Mill with new Concept
- -The drive supplies power from two motors directly via dutches.
- -The speed(in r.p.m)is infinitely variable and can be set using a frequency converter. This means that the fineness of the product is also infinitely variable.
- -There is no V-belt drive and no transmission. The elimination of the high V-belt-radial forces extends the lifetime fo the bearings.
- -There is no need for regular repairs to the transmission either.
- -Optimised bearing seals thanks to a contact-free labyrinth seal and air flushing.
- -Robust casing made of welded steel or stainless steel.
- -The use of bearing bushes protects the casing. All wearing parts in the interior of the mill can be replaced.
- -The large height-adjustable door provides easy access to the interior fo the mill.
- -The generovsly proportioned casing makes it possible to grind diffcult materials to a fine grade without sticking.
- -An air-jet on the circumference of each of the two pin plates immediately cools the product, which has been warned by
- -the grinding process and blows it off the surfaces so it does not agglomerate.
